Kate joined Waterland in early 2022 as Office Manager to support the Manchester Team.

She previously spent a number of years working in the construction industry for Tarmac Building Products in PA and Health & Safety roles. Prior to this, Kate worked in a PA role for the Head of Homecare for Sue Ryder Healthcare Charity.
