In 2023, the firm acquired Swiss financial services consultancy GEM, strengthening its regional footprint, as well as ConMoto, which added deep operations expertise for industrial clients, including production, supply chain management, and maintenance. In 2025, Horn & Company further expanded its platform with the acquisition of Investors Marketing, enhancing capabilities in product and pricing strategy while opening access to new financial services clients.
