Daems Giovanni announces external investment

Daems Giovanni, an innovative producer in the luxury jewellery and watch industry, today announces an external investment from European private equity firm, Waterland with a view on recapitalising the business and providing additional funding for production expansion.

Daems Giovanni was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Kessel, near Antwerp, Belgium. The company is specialized in manufacturing of luxury jewellery and watch components by leveraging high precision, in-house developed CNC technology and other patented automation innovations.

“The entry of Waterland will allow Daems Giovanni to recapitalise its balance sheet and allow for new investment in its production capabilities to meet our customers’ demand” said Chief Executive Officer Giovanni Daems.
