About Bart
Bart Elema is Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Risk Officer, and a member of the Executive Committee. He leads Waterland’s Central Services team and has been with the firm since 2003.
Previously, he was at ATC Corporate Services (Intertrust Group, now known as CSC Global), following earlier roles at ABN AMRO Bank and Heineken. He served on the NVP Board (2015–2023) and its Tax Committee (2010–2014).
Bart holds a Master’s in Fiscal Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the European University.
