Hendrik Zelle is Portfolio Manager at Waterland in Hamburg, Germany. He has a focus on driving value creation through data and analytics.

Prior to joining Waterland, Hendrik worked as an investment professional at Avedon Capital Partners. During his two years at the private equity fund, Hendrik was instrumental in identifying and executing investments in the professional service and consumer industry. Hendrik started his career at McKinsey & Company, where he worked as an analytics consultant for six years. At McKinsey, he developed data-driven strategies and implemented various analytical use cases for clients across a range of industries.

Hendrik holds a master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Ulm and bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Münster.
