Ionel Ripeanu is a Support Engineer at Waterland.
Before joining Waterland, Ionel built extensive experience in providing on-site IT support, asset administration, and process optimisation for a range of organisations. Skilled in Windows, macOS, Office 365, ServiceNow, TOPdesk, Active Directory, and a variety of hardware and software troubleshooting tools, he ensures reliable IT operations and excellent user support.
Ionel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics from the Aeronautics Technical College ‘Henri Coandă’ and several industry certifications, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.
