Prior to joining Waterland, Jaime worked at Morgan Stanley for over five years across Madrid and London advising corporates, entrepreneurs and private equity investors on M&A and financing transaction in the Iberian and the EMEA Industrials and Services landscape.

Jaime holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance and Accounting from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, graduating with honours after exchange years at University of California, Berkeley and Bocconi University in Milan.
