About Jan Dirk
Jan Dirk Kruit is Chief Operating Officer at Waterland, where he drives the firm’s initiatives on Technology, Responsible Investment, and Marketing & Communications.
Prior to joining Waterland, Jan Dirk held investment and executive roles at HAL Investments and some of their portfolio companies. He also gained operational and leadership experience at RWE/Essent, Myne (formerly Reukema) and Uplace amongst others. Earlier in his career, he worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Jan Dirk studied Computer Science and AI at Stanford University, business at London Business School and holds a MSc degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
