About Luciana
Luciana Oliveira-Craens joined Waterland in June 2025. Luciana provides legal support to the Waterland group on both Fund Management and M&A matters.
Prior to joining Waterland, Luciana worked as Paralegal at Trafigura, Kraton and OCI, in the Netherlands. Before moving to the Netherlands, she worked as a Paralegal and as Law Clerk in Maryland, USA and as a Law Clerk at the Rio de Janeiro Public Defender’s Office.
Luciana obtained her Law degree at the Cândido Mendes University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and her Paralegal Studies degree at the Montgomery College in Maryland, USA.
