Nathalie Callens joined Waterland in 2012 as Office Manager and was promoted to Executive Assistant in 2016. She provides administrative support to Cedric Van Cauwenberghe (Group Managing Partner) and Frank Vlayen (Partner).

Prior to her employment at Waterland, Nathalie worked as Management Assistant at Handson & Partners, a service provider with roots in one of the largest audit and consultancy firms. Previously she worked as Medical Affairs Management Assistant at Janssen Cilag, part of the Johnson & Johnson Group, one of the largest and most respected healthcare companies in the world.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics.
