About Rani
Rani Ingang is Legal Counsel at Waterland in Antwerp, Belgium.
Prior to joining Waterland, Rani held the position of Senior Legal Advisor at Grant Thornton Belgium, where she focused on M&A, corporate law, and Legal Counsel as a Service assignments. Rani began her career as a lawyer at Quorum Law in Antwerp, specializing in M&A and corporate litigation.
Rani holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Antwerp. In 2021, Rani obtained the Data Protection Officer Certificate.
Rani is a member of the (Belgian) Institute of Company lawyers (Instituut voor bedrijfsjuristen/Institut des juristes d’entreprise).
