About Roos
Roos Nijzing is a Portfolio Senior Associate at Waterland in Bussum.
Before joining Waterland, she worked at STX, where she was responsible for developing new advisory services. Roos began her career at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and transformation projects in basic industries, energy, and manufacturing.
Roos holds an MBA from INSEAD (Dean’s List) and an MSc in Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam. After her MBA, she briefly worked in Paris at Mirakl, an e-commerce SaaS company.
