About Sascha
Sascha Schmidt joined Waterland in Munich in October 2025 as Team Assistant. In her role, she supports the management and the entire investment team in Munich.
Before joining Waterland, Sascha worked as Cabin Crew at Discover Airlines. Prior to that, she was a Partner Assistant at Hengeler Mueller.
Sascha started her career in the hospitality industry: after completing her apprenticeship as a hotel management professional at Hotel Traube Tonbach, she worked as a Front Office Agent at Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich and later as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager at Hotel München Palace, where she was also responsible for event management.
