About Stijn
Stijn Werdmölder joined Waterland in 2025 and is currently Senior Legal Counsel Investments at the Bussum office. Stijn is registered as in-house attorney at law with the Dutch Bar Association (corporate law practice area).
Prior to joining Waterland, Stijn worked for eleven years as a corporate/M&A lawyer for Loyens & Loeff, where he advised international and national clients on all aspects of corporate law, with an emphasis on (cross-border) M&A and private equity transactions.
Stijn holds a Master’s Degree in Law (2014) as well as Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (2011) from the University of Amsterdam. Stijn also completed the post-graduate Mergers and Acquisitions program at the Vrije Universiteit (2021).
