Madeleine Hammerschmidt joined Waterland Zürich as Office Manager in June 2023.

Before joining Waterland she worked for over two years in facility management, with a focus on logistics and hospitality. Originally, Madeleine started her career in the hotel industry, followed by several years of front desk experience in the spa sector. Among other things, she worked for more than five years in spa management at the Swiss luxury hotel The Dolder Grand.
