Ewa Jurczak joined Waterland in March 2024 as Senior Legal Counsel. Ewa provides legal support to the Waterland Group in a wide variety of legal topics.

Prior joining Waterland, Ewa has held several senior roles in the financial and trust (fiduciary) industry. Amongst others she worked at Layetana Real Estate Group, as a junior in-house lawyer, before moving to a regulated alternative investment fund manager – Agro Investment Funds as a general counsel and a compliance officer, thereafter at Wieczorek Matczuk and Partners, as Attorney-at-Law in the Capital and Financial Market Department. Then she relocated to the Netherlands and joined Maples Group Amsterdam, holding a various position with last one being Vice President, additionally she also took on multiple non-executive board positions for Dutch fund manager entities, as well as Dutch holding and financing companies.

She graduated from University of Warsaw and obtained her master’s in law. She also graduated attorney-at-law training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
