About Frank
Frank Vlayen is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Waterland Private Equity Investments.
From 2015 to 2023, he served as Group Managing Partner* of Waterland, responsible for day-to-day management and Investor Relations. He served as the Chairman of the Remuneration and Investment Committees. From 2005 to 2015, he led Waterland’s activities in Belgium.
Previously, he was an Engagement Partner at Accenture UK, advising on M&A and corporate strategy, and held senior roles at Citigroup Consumer Banking Europe and Tractebel’s international energy division. He began his career at Generale Bank.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering (cum laude) from the Catholic University of Leuven and an MBA (magna cum laude) from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
