About Preety
Preety Dhillon-Haselier joined Waterland in 2020 and is Legal Counsel, advising the teams in the UK, Ireland, Spain and the Netherlands on M&A and corporate matters.
In 2023, she completed a six-month secondment at Waterland’s London office, further expanding her experience in cross-border transactions. Before joining Waterland, she gained experience in Corporate/M&A through internships at Baker McKenzie Amsterdam and HVG Law.
Preety holds a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam. During her studies, she served as a board member of the Law Faculty Association Rotterdam.
