Sep de Baan is an Associate at Waterland in Bussum, the Netherlands.

Prior to joining Waterland, he worked as an Associate at Capital A Investment Partners in Amsterdam, and as an intern at Holland Capital.

Sep holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Delft. During his studies, he spent a semester at Bocconi University in Milan, focusing on strategy, business, and innovation.
