Lars is a Portfolio Senior Associate at Waterland in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Before joining Waterland he spent six years with the venture-backed scale-up Reform, in a primary role of COO and caretaker of various roles including head of sales and CFO. Before Reform, Lars spent three years with the cost-reduction consultancy Efficio in London with a primary focus on the payment and insurance industries.

Lars holds a Master of Science in Engineering Design & Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Design & Innovation, both from Technical University of Denmark.
